Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what dominica.passport-by-investment.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is part of Passport by Investment, whose other sites have their own policies, written the same way.
What this website collects
The website has no accounts. It keeps your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice in your browser; neither leaves your device.
The forms
If you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, citizenship, the route and family situation you choose, when you might apply, and your message. We also record which page of this site you came to the form from (the form’s own page if that is not known) and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection. To stop the form being flooded, Cloudflare counts submissions from each IP address for a minute at a time; we do not store your IP address in any form.
We use these details to answer your request: to send the updates you asked for, or to arrange the conversation with a licensed adviser. Our basis is your consent, which you give with the checkboxes on the form.
- Storage. Your request is stored in a database on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) and sent to our team by email through toSend, an email service, which may also send you a confirmation. Both act on our instructions.
- Licensed advisers. If, and only if, you tick the box agreeing to it, we share your details with a licensed investment migration adviser we work with, so they can contact you. That adviser handles your details under its own privacy policy, which it will give you. We never sell your details or share them for anyone’s marketing.
- How long. The database record of your request is deleted automatically 24 months after you send it. The emails about it, in our mailbox and in toSend’s records, are not deleted automatically. Ask us and we delete the database record and the emails in our mailbox sooner.
- Stopping. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or write to the address below, and we stop contacting you.
With your agreement, given in the banner at the foot of the page, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors find them. Until you press Accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies; if you decline, we remember that and load nothing. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Once you accept, it sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site, and never to identify you. You can also block it with your browser’s privacy settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and may count page views without cookies.
Links to other sites
Pages link to official sources, news sites and the other Passport by Investment sites. Other sites have their own privacy policies.
If you write to us directly, we use your email only to reply and keep the message only as long as needed for that.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@passport-by-investment.com. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
