This website explains publicly available information about Dominica’s citizenship by investment programme. It is not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, and it does not create any client relationship. Nothing here is an eligibility check.

If you ask for a conversation with a licensed adviser through the contact form, and agree to it, we pass your details to a licensed investment migration adviser. Any advice you then receive comes from that adviser, under its own terms, and is a matter between you and it. We do not charge you for the introduction. Programme rules change. Before acting, read the official texts and take advice from a licensed professional.

This website is not run by, endorsed by or connected to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, its Citizenship by Investment Unit, any other government, or any authorised agent.

We check every fact against its source and label each one official, reported or pending. Even so, information can be incomplete or out of date. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this website. If you find an error, write to corrections@passport-by-investment.com and we will correct it.
